Sarfaraz Ahmed, the skipper of this Quetta Gladiators, has confessed that his group is sensing the lack of the star batsman Umar Akmal. Before this 2020 variant of this Pakistan Super League (PSL), the Pakistan Cricket Board suspended Akmal beneath an anti-corruption rule. In a statement, the committee stated he could not participate in any cricket associated action pending an evaluation.

The Gladiators’ captain stated that their middle-order lacks a little bit of experience. But, Sarfaraz did not overlook praising Azam Khan, the son of this chirpy Moin Khan. Azam has 139 runs on his title in five games with a high rating of 59, striking at 141.57. Sarfaraz also recognized the speed attack, comprising kids like Naseem Shah along with Mohammad Hasnain with veteran Tymal Mills.
“We’re overlooking Umar Akmal; however, the addition of Azam Khan has assisted us. We’ve got a fairly settled side. However, I still feel we’ve got a small inexperienced though a gifted bowling attack compared to the previous year. “It is excellent to have accumulated three wins out of five games. But the crucial and critical stage for us begins today. We need to win as many matches in the backend of these league games as you can to secure an area from the top-four. Sarfaraz stated on the eve of this battle at Lahore.
However, Sarfaraz does not want to undermine the resistance, stating that the hosts have the firepower to stage a comeback after three beats.
“Qalandars is a fantastic side, and I won’t read too much in their three loses so far,” that the 32-year-old out of Karachi added. The Qalandars have lost both their games in the home in this season PSL.
